Generally males will be asked to remove their tops. Females can wear a t shirt at all times if they wish. For sciatica treatment your lower back will need to be worked on directly so for females who wish to remain fully clothed they will need to move their top or t shirt up slightly to reveal the lower back only for one aspect of the treatment. As always loose, comfortable trousers or shorts are best to wear. You will not be asked to remove these
