HYPERICE RAPTOR

At Elite Osteo we use the Hyperice RAPTOR in our clinics. The RAPTOR is the world-leading, state of the art, percussion therapy system imported by us from the United States. We are one of the few clinics in the U.K using the RAPTOR.

Many others favour cheap Chinese instruments which are ineffective in comparison. With a price tag of over £4000 per unit and an insane power output of up to 3600 percussions per minute, the RAPTOR really is in a class of its own.

We are always happy to invest in your health and our results by selecting the best tools available worldwide.

WHAT DOES THE RAPTOR DO?

The RAPTOR is powerful enough to quickly penetrate several layers of muscle tissue using rapid percussion.

The benefit of using the RAPTOR, as opposed to other forms of traditional treatment is that does not create an Inflammatory Response. Massage and traditional Manual Therapy cause inflammation.

The RAPTOR is a pain-free treatment that facilitates immediate myofascial release by bypassing the bodies Inflammatory Response.

This allows us to release chronically shortened or tight, painful tissue quickly and effectively in a pain-free manner. You'll feel your pain and tension melt away as your muscles relax.

"The sheer amount of power it puts out is greater than any of the percussion instruments I’ve seen.”

ROCKBLADE

At Elite Osteo we are masters of Graston Technique or Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilisation (IASTM). Our tool of choice is the RockBlade.

Rock blading is an advanced manual therapy treatment technique which can be used for relieving different areas of pain throughout the body affected by acute or chronic pain as well as sports injuries.

Every detail of the RockBlade – each edge, angle and contour – was carefully cultivated and refined over the course of two years. Elite Osteo then spent a further 6 years perfecting the use of this tool to get you the best possible results on the day.

WHAT DOES THE ROCKBLADE DO?

In expert hands Rockblading releases the fascia thereby increasing your range and quality of movement and decreasing pain. This prepares the body for adjustments and ensures more effective and longer lasting results.

DOES IT HURT?

Some areas may be uncomfortable but despite its fearsome appearance, this is not an aggressive or violent technique. Reddening of the skin is normal and can last 2 to 3 days post-treatment but the technique itself isn't painful.
