Having a vast experience in many different training methodologies, AJ is the newest member of the Kasser Method Elite Osteo team.
He has 20 years experience in training through body building, CrossFit, Yoga and various martial arts, so is extremely well versed in the human body, how it operates, what can go wrong and how to rehab and fix a number of different issues and injuries.
AJ is very well versed in being able to confidently manipulate the human body with his 8 years of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu training. Combining this confidence with the incredible training he has received and knowledge of the human body allows him to deliver an elite service. Like Usman, he strives to get the absolute best results within the time slot of treatment.
